Your Questions Answered
Find answers to common questions about our Santa sessions and availability.
How long will it take to receive my photos?
Photos will be generally be delivered digitally within 3-5 business days after your session. If you need them faster, say because of Grandma, let Danielle know.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. See our more detailed cancellation policy here.
Can I bring my own Santa suit?
Yes, you can bring your own Santa suit for a personalized experience. We also have Santa suits as part of our BYO Santa.
Is there a limit on the number of people per session?
It depends on the session. For Santa Sessions we have a 7 max human policy. For Family Sessions, 12 folks. For BYO Santa, 9 max human policy. It's because we want to give each child enough time with Santa. And, it's a lot for Santa to handle. Reach out for large groups.
